Through his work, Faraj helps safeguard Edarat’s governance framework and contributes to building investor and stakeholder confidence. Faraj brings strong experience from the banking sector, having served at the Saudi National Bank (SNB) where he specialized in auditing financial operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. He also gained external audit exposure at Crowe Howarth Global in Riyadh. Holding a bachelor’s degree in accounting, along with multiple professional certifications including Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Compliance Officer (CCO), and Certified Risk Management Officer (CRMO), Faraj combines technical expertise with a commitment to integrity and excellence in financial oversight.
