As a Member of the Audit Committee, Dana’s main role is to support and strengthen Edarat Group’s audit and compliance functions, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with international standards. She contributes to independent evaluations of financial and operational activities, provides the leadership team with key insights, and reinforces stakeholder confidence through effective governance and risk management. Dana brings extensive professional experience as a licensed SOCPA auditor and former signing partner at Ernst & Young (EY), where she managed diverse audit portfolios for publicly listed companies and large groups. She has also held leadership roles in Qiddiya Investment Company and EY Riyadh, engaging directly with executive boards and audit committees to present audit results and shape governance strategies. With a strong record in regulatory compliance, client engagement, and audit innovation, Dana serves as a valuable member of the Audit Committee and plays a vital role in advancing Edarat’s vision for sustainable growth and operational excellence.
